HR Administrator Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and HR support to leadership and the HR team, including confidential records and correspondence
- The HR Administrator will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, and offboarding activities
- Schedule meetings, interviews, events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain organizational charts, HR records, surveys, reports, and project tracking
- Support office operations, including supplies, catering, mail, conference rooms, and general organization
- The HR Administrator will prepare reports, presentations, training materials, and other documents for leadership and staff
- The HR Administrator will coordinate logistics and materials for company meetings, training events, and staff sessions
- Communicate with employees, clients, vendors, and outside partners while providing professional front-office support
Qualifications Of The Human Administrator Role
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
- 0–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organization, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic understanding of general HR practices and processes
