Roles and Responsibilities HR Recruiter (Recruitment Firm | BFSI Domain)

• Source and screen candidates as per client requirements using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and final selection.
  
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other terms to ensure successful closures and candidate onboarding.
  
• Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly closure targets, directly contributing to individual revenue goals.
  
• Enough experience in operating in a high-performance, target-driven environment with incentives linked to successful onboarding and billing revenue.
  
• BFSI domain recruitment experience is mandatory
