Continuing Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead employee information management, hiring and orientation, and payroll processing in our Kentucky facility.

This role focuses on benefits administration, employee relations, and collaboration with the Corporate Director of HR to staff and process payroll bi-weekly.

• Payroll processing and benefit administration for the employee plan.
• Oversee benefit administration and other employee relations with the Corporate Director of HR; assist with staffing and bi-weekly payroll.

Experience and Skills

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the management of theemployee information and the hiring and orientation process as well aspayroll processing and benefit administration for the employee plan.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Manage new hires through the orientation process includingcompletion of all necessary paperwork and procedures needed for compliance.
• Maintain employee files in an organized manner.
• Oversee benefit administration and other employee relations incooperation with the Corporate Director of HR, assist with staffing,process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

• Experience in a long term care or business office setting preferred.
