Experience and Skills

Nurse unit managers oversee all aspects of operating a unit,from supervising nursing staff to monitoring patient care. They needextensive clinical experience, prior administrative experience, andtraining in both nursing and management. Strong communicationskills, diplomacy and the ability to take leadership of anysituation. Applicants must have a valid LPN/RN nursing license ingood standing with the State of Ohio. Previous experience in thelong term care environment is required.
