What You'll Do

As a Human Resources Manager based in Redmond, WA, you will be responsible for leading and elevating all Human Resources (HR) operations for your assigned area. This position plays a key role in supporting the local branch/office by overseeing employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, talent acquisition, licensing, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on HR professional who can coach leaders, support hourly employees, and drive a positive, high-performing culture aligned with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

• Lead and manage HR operations, including employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and coaching.
• Partner with leadership to shape the employee experience and promote a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management processes, corrective actions, and team development to support engagement and operational excellence.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on hourly and high-volume hiring, and oversee onboarding and orientation.
• Manage licensing and compliance requirements, including state licensing, credentialing, certifications, and required training.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, investigation files, compliance records, and reporting to support risk management and business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and employment laws.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices, risk mitigation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a culture of integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are

An ideal candidate brings:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and HR experience may be considered.
• HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet any state-specific HR or security industry licensing requirements, as applicable.
• Expertise in employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, counseling, and workplace investigations.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations and how they apply to hourly workforces.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and basic HR reporting.
• Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.

Experience That Sets You Apart

• At least 3-4 years of full-cycle Human Resources experience, with a focus on hourly employee relations and high-volume environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations or a branch/field-based workforce.
• Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
• Prior experience in security services, staffing, logistics, or other service-based industries is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated success in leading HR projects, improving processes, and driving employee engagement.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience coaching managers and influencing senior leaders on HR and people-related decisions.

The salary range for this role is from $125,000 to $130,000 annually. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
