The role focuses on onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating benefits in collaboration with the Corporate Director of HR, while assisting with staffing needs and bi-weekly payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in long-term care or business office settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Maintain organized employee files.
• Oversee benefit administration and support employee relations.
• Assist with staffing needs.
• Process payroll bi-weekly.
• Manage employee information and onboarding, payroll, and benefits for the employee plan.
