CFS in Edwardsburg, MI is seeking an HR Leader to drive HR strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide employee engagement across departments. This onsite role offers a chance to shape policies, lead performance processes, and support leadership development in a well-regarded organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience with managerial responsibilities, strong employment-law knowledge, and expertise in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Salary: $69,898 – $72,400 depending on experience
