Job description

We are seeking a Human Resource Information System Manager responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of core HR processes across Retail and Corporate populations. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and a best-in‑class employee experience while supporting the growth of Edikted’s Human Resources function. This leader will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to build scalable HR operations that support a fast‑growing, multi‑location business.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, employee data management, policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and status changes across Retail and Corporate teams.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and user support.
  • Being a member of the steering team for all new HR technology, supporting with assessing new systems.
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate data flow for payroll, benefits, and reporting.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employee groups.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, audits, and employee inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with external HR vendors and service providers; ensure service level agreements are met. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations across all supported locations.
  • Maintain employee handbooks, policies, and standard operating procedures in partnership with Legal and HR leadership.
  • Support audits, investigations, and documentation requests as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize HR operations as the organization scales.
  • Lead or support HR system implementations, upgrades, and process redesign initiatives.
  • Foster a service‑oriented, solutions‑driven HR Operations culture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for managers and employees on HR processes and systems.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR Operations.
  • Hands‑on experience managing HRIS platforms, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
  • Experience supporting both Retail/Field and Corporate employee populations.
  • Strong understanding of employment compliance and HR best practices.
  • Experience in high‑growth, multi‑state, or retail environments preferred.
