Job Overview

Open to Part-Time or Full-Time. Randstad is excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing company in the Lebanon, PA area as they seek to find an HR Generalist. Our client is looking to move very quickly. The HR Generalist will provide support to roughly 130 employees across two facilities. This role reports to the executive team and manages 1 PT employee. In this role, you will be responsible for benefits, compliance, policy and procedures, LTD/STD, employee relations, and some recruitment. If you're seeking a stable company that can offer growth potential

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
