Pay range is $28.85–$30.53 per hour (DOE), plus a $75/month cell phone allowance, and includes the following benefits:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Generalist will support the daily functions of the people side of Audigy member practices. This role assists and supports the Human Resources Managers in their execution of HR strategy, consultation, and compliance for our member practices including coordinating member staff recruitment, creating resources to support members with benefits and leaves, maintaining compliance standards for Audigy membership, and creating and maintaining people analytics for our member practices. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing advanced, specialized, and administrative duties and must be aware of federal and state regulations related to employment. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including document creation, compliance audits, reports, and written communication.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with state and federal employment regulations for our membership. This includes researching, recommending, and sharing information about state and federal laws that affect our membership and their employment relationships.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions within our member practices; collaborates with member owners and practice leaders to understand skills and competencies required for openings; and coaches members on best practices for interviewing and hiring.
  • Facilitates the acquisition of new employee background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Supports the hiring and onboarding process for new member staff through 30/60/90-day check-ins and creation of customized onboarding resources.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions as directed by HR Managers.
  • Develops, revises, and implements HR policies and procedures for employee handbooks.
  • Conducts salary surveys for designated positions in the USA and Canada.
  • Manages employee engagement surveys.
  • Prepares and maintains special internal and external reports as requested by the immediate supervisor.
  • Conducts research as directed by the HR Manager regarding products and services related to the administration of HR concepts, including but not limited to employee benefits, HRIS software, payroll, and timeclock technology.
  • Assists with the preparation and customization of HR documents and deliverables for member practices such as performance reviews, offer letters, job descriptions, and training and other materials.
  • Assists with the development of content for on-site training and coaching sessions.
  • Files documents and notes into appropriate Salesforce ticket and/or member file.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or 3 years of related industry experience (required).
  • SHRM-CP credential (preferred).

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Hybrid work environment (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office for all staff, with occasional additional days as necessary for meetings and events)
  • Full-time position working Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK DEMANDS:

  • This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time (up to 15 lbs.).
  • Up to 10% of travel may be required for this position.
