Job Details

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related matters

Support full-cycle recruiting job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company and legal requirements

Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communication

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates

Support employee training, development, and performance review processes

Handle workplace investigations and partner with management on resolution strategies

Monitor attendance, leaves of absence, and coordinate FMLA and workers' comp cases as needed
