Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to support and enhance our people operations across the U.S. This full-time role operates during standard business hours (8 AM – 5 PM,). The ideal candidate will bring

7 to 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in onboarding, compliance, background checks, and employee lifecycle management. This is an operational role supporting both daily HR functions and long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct and manage background checks and employment verifications.
• Ensure compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the in implementing HR strategies and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within multi-state or remote-first environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, HR compliance standards, and onboarding processes.
• Proven experience with background screening, audit readiness, and maintaining HR documentation.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently
