Are you a skilled HR professional looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Staffmark is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support a well-established company in Middletown, OH. If you're experienced in recruiting, interviewing, and Excel, and ready to bring your expertise to a growing organization, we want to connect with you!



Pay: $25 - $30/hour



Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM



What You'll Do:



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, and interview candidates

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and compliance

  • Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and HR analytics

  • Assist with employee file maintenance, benefits coordination, and policy enforcement

  • Collaborate with leadership to support a positive and productive workplace culture



What You Bring:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role

  • Strong recruiting and interviewing skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data tracking, pivot tables)

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
