Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is currently interviewing for a Human Resource Generalist on a 12-month contract in Kokomo, IN. This onsite role supports manufacturing operations and employee relations across levels, including union interactions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least one year of HR experience, with strong communication and data-analysis skills. Manufacturing exposure is highly desirable and Lean experience is a plus.

Immediate need for a talented Human Resource Generalist. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kokomo, IN (Onsite).

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Employment/Labor Relations/Manufacturing experience
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools in the context of employee development
• Analyze and utilize data to make decisions
• Experience with managing conflict and having difficult conversations
• Demonstrated ability to be approachable, able to communicate with all levels of employees, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong follow up, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Able to interact with all levels of management and Union officials to accomplish goals
• Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
