Advantage Technical in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle onboarding, employee services, and workforce planning to ensure smooth operations.

The role also covers employee relations, leave tracking, records management, orientation, and data analysis to guide business decisions. Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends; compensation is up to $25.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of Human Resources experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Manufacturing, labor relations, or union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including leave tracking, records management, reinstatements, and employee inquiries.
