Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with complex employee relations and investigations.
• Deep knowledge of full lifecycle leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD).
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and reporting.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to execute independently.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact; conduct workplace investigations, resolve concerns, and advise management on the fair enforcement of policies.
• Leave Administration: Manage end-to-end leaves (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers' Comp), ensuring federal, state, and legal compliance.
• HRIS & Data: Maintain data integrity, recordkeeping, and generate HR analytics and reports within the HRIS platform.
• Onboarding: Design and facilitate engaging onboarding programs to drive early workforce retention.
• Special Projects: Independently lead compliance audits, policy updates, system optimizations, and engagement initiatives.
