Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced HR Director/Payroll to lead human resources and payroll for our post-acute care facility. The role requires strong HR leadership, healthcare experience, and thorough knowledge of personnel regulations.

You will oversee payroll processing, implement policies, and manage a hands-on team in a competitive, beautiful work environment with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Must have at least three (3) years of HR management experience in LTC/nursing home settings.
• Knowledgeable of personnel administration laws and guidelines in post-acute care settings.
• Healthcare experience.
• Payroll responsibilities cross over to HR leadership.
