Arcadia Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee the full employee lifecycle for the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations with a strategic focus on culture and engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience in long-term care and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, with strong communication and computer literacy.
