Job summary

Arcadia Care in Kentucky is seeking a Human Resources Director to manage the full employee life cycle for the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

You will align HR strategy with operations and serve as a trusted partner to leaders, guiding culture, engagement, and policy compliance. Responsibilities include recruiting, background checks, employee relations, orientation, and advising managers on procedures and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.
