UniversaCare Inc. seeks an HR Coordinator to join our onsite team in Mount Kisco, NY. You will manage onboarding, coordinate HR records, and support scheduling between HR, recruitment, and operations.

This role provides guidance to caregivers and staff and ensures smooth workflows in a compliant environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR or recruitment coordination, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment coordination experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, AxisCare, or similar) is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.
