UniversaCare Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our onsite team and support caregivers and staff in Connecticut. The role focuses on onboarding, compliance documentation, and cross-team coordination to keep HR processes running smoothly.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain HR records, and liaise with HR, recruitment, and operations to ensure clear communication and efficient workflows. The position is fully onsite and offers growth within a leading home care organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment coordination experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, AxisCare, or similar) is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Coordinate compliance documentation and HR records.
