Job summary

UniversaCare Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our onsite team and support caregivers and staff.

This role focuses on onboarding, orientation, and maintaining accurate HR records in a fast-paced home care environment. You will coordinate compliance documentation, support scheduling and communication across HR, recruitment, and operations, and provide guidance on HR-related concerns to caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment coordination experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
