Job summary

UniversaCare is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Compliance Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance across our home care operations in New York. You will help ensure caregivers and staff meet regulatory requirements while modernizing HR workflows with AI-driven solutions.

In this role you will coordinate onboarding, track licenses and certifications, maintain HR records, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, compliance, or healthcare staffing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities are essential.
• Proficient with HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
