Job summary

Menards is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support Retail Management in Wisconsin. You will assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training, while managing payroll-related tasks and ensuring HR policies are followed.

You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain a positive environment, address Team Member concerns, and contribute to a strong benefits program. This role offers advancement opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive environment for all Team Members.
• Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interview and selection activities, and orientation.
• Facilitate Team Member Training and development, utilizing corporate training programs.
• Use company software to insure maximization of payroll dollars.
• Ensure all Team Member concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure Team Member-related programs and policies, including the drug-free workplace program, are followed.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a positive store environment for all Team Members.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires, including interviews and orientation.
• Deliver or coordinate training and development using corporate programs.
• Monitor payroll-related tasks and maximize payroll efficiency.
• Address Team Member concerns promptly and resolve issues.
• Enforce HR policies and the drug-free workplace program as required.
