Job summary

Menards is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator in Eau Claire, WI, to support store operations by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and development for Team Members. This role collaborates with the General Manager and HR team to maintain a positive store atmosphere and culture focused on Team Member success.

The position emphasizes training, payroll efficiency, and adherence to HR policies, including the drug-free workplace.
