About The Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Case Specialist to join one of the world’s top beverage companies. In this fully remote role, you will manage HR casework related to financial relief programs and rehire eligibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or customer service and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze employee separations in coordination with HR teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage unemployment claims and generate timely, accurate responses
  • Provide guidance to HR generalists, district managers, and store leadership on unemployment policies and rehire eligibility
  • Deliver support through professional email and phone communication
  • Maintain detailed, confidential documentation in accordance with compliance standards
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects through cross-functional collaboration
  • Stay up to date on unemployment regulations and HR policies across states
  • Uphold data privacy and protection standards when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, HR administration, or case management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
  • Experience with claims processing and HR systems is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education or certification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience working with unemployment claims or financial relief programs
  • Familiarity with case management tools and HRIS platforms

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $26.00/hour.
