Job summary

UniversaCare is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our onsite team in New York. You will manage onboarding and orientation for new hires, coordinate compliance documentation, and maintain HR records to support caregivers and staff.

Collaborating with HR, recruitment, and operations, you will help schedule, communicate, and resolve HR-related concerns, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to regulatory standards in our home care environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR coordination or recruitment experience, healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, AxisCare) is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.
