Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, human capital or related field.
• At least three years of experience with U.S. employee benefits and wellness plan development and delivery.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver a streamlined leaves experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations and invoicing.

• Create and execute communications for benefits and wellness.
• Enhance governance and drive operational efficiencies in benefits.
• Assist with benefits integration and due diligence related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Maintain understanding of benefits programs and trends in the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada.

This role will support employee benefits operations across the Americas, focusing on enhancing the leaves experience and optimizing benefits utilization.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with leaves of absence and the disability/accommodations process in compliance with state and federal laws and firm policies
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver a streamlined leaves experience
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including employee life cycle events and benefits invoicing
• Support the administration of benefits programs across the Americas
• Assist in the creation and execution of communications and materials for benefits and wellness programs
• Enhance the Benefits governance framework and drive operational efficiencies
• Assist with benefits integration and due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of benefits programs and trends across the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human capital or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least three years of recent professional experience with U.S. employee benefits and wellness plan development and delivery
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Compensation

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
