We are seeking an experienced AI HCM / Business Analyst to bridge Human Capital Management (HCM), enterprise systems, and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze processes, optimize HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and deliver AI-driven insights, automation, and decision support across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills, deep HCM domain knowledge, and hands‑on experience applying AI, analytics, and workflow automation to real‑world HR challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, and Finance leaders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to drive alignment and solution adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, and Workforce Management.
- Support implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimizations of HCM platforms (Oracle HCM preferred).
- Collaborate with integration teams on data flows between HCM, ERP, Finance, and third‑party systems.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, RPA, and predictive analytics to HR processes (e.g., hiring, attrition, workforce planning, employee engagement).
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to define AI use cases, training data requirements, and success metrics.
- Support development of dashboards, insights, and reporting using AI‑driven or advanced analytics tools.
- Ensure responsible AI usage, data privacy, and compliance with HR and regulatory standards.
- Analyze current‑state processes and design future‑state workflows leveraging automation and AI.
- Support UAT, change management, training, and post‑go‑live optimization.
- Track benefits realization, KPIs, and ROI of AI‑enabled HCM initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Strong hands‑on experience with HCM platforms (Oracle HCM Cloud strongly preferred; Workday or SAP acceptable).
- Proven experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and RPA.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI or automation initiatives within HR or enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, UiPath, or similar.
- Agile/Scrum experience (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies).
- HCM, ERP, or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Oracle HCM, Workday).
- Experience working with large‑scale or multi‑entity organizations.
