THE OPPORTUNITY The HC Data Analyst is a hybrid role that blends Human Capital data analytics with hands‑on HC operations and data entry. Reporting to the COO, Human Capital, this position is responsible for maintaining data integrity in the firm’s HCMS (Workday), providing data support for deliverables to HC leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, and supporting day‑to‑day operational processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, close attention to detail, and a passion for using data and AI to improve processes and support informed decision-making.
Pay Range Minimum: 60600 Pay Range Maximum: 78800 In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
