TELUS Digital is seeking a skilled UX researcher and conversation designer in a remote US role to optimize multi-turn AI interactions. You will study how users move through conversations, aiming to reduce cognitive load and improve state tracking.

You will help shape personas and refine tone alignment across industries, testing calibration of trust and ensuring responsible AI behavior in real-world applications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, UX Research, or Behavioral Economics.
• Native-level proficiency in primary language and B1 English.
