Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages HUD activities in compliance with HUD regulations.
• Operates with a balanced budget.
• Manages property in compliance with fire, safety, health and HUD requirements.
• Develops and maintains tenant services and liaises with community resources.
• Develops and maintains positive public relations.
• Performs leasing activities in compliance with HUD regulations.
• Collects and deposits rents and security deposits.
• Obtains signatures and paperwork from residents and submits data to corporate office.
• Maintains petty cash account and receipts.
