Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager for our Senior Apartments in Mobile, Alabama. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations and resident services to ensure safe, affordable housing for seniors.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), strong communication, office and computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel for training and teamwork are required; independence and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in the field of Housing preferred.
• Office skills a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary for training.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Property Manager with the day to day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community.
• Assisting with the administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines.
• Creating and developing newsletters and social programs and activities for the residents in the Senior Housing Apartments.
