Are you an experienced HUD Property Manager ready to join our team? MMS Group is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the operational and financial success of residential properties. Our Property Managers develop their teams to ensure high employee satisfaction and excellent service.

We are looking for an experienced affordable housing Property Manager for a 91-unit residential property in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Property Operations: Oversee daily property functions.
  2. Rent Collection: Ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
  3. Resident Relations: Address concerns professionally.
  4. Maintenance Support: Coordinate with maintenance for property upkeep.
  5. Budget Management: Prepare and follow budgets, plan capital improvements.
  6. Accounting Oversight: Manage invoices, evictions, resident accounts.
  7. Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise staff.
  8. Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections.
  9. Income Verification: Ensure eligibility compliance.
  10. Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks.
Desired Skills

  4. Software: Proficiency in RealPage OneSite or similar software.
  5. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
