Job description

Join to apply for the Property Manager - KC-107A role at AWI Management Corporation.

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a 24 unit apartment community in Benson, AZ. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC) preferred.

This is a Part-Time position at 30 hours a week.

Starting pay is $20.00 - $23.00/hour DOE.

Housing is available with the position: 3 Bedroom Apartment.

Requirements
  1. Valid CA Driver's License
  2. Reliable Transportation
  3. Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications / Skills
  1. Able to communicate across various audience levels
  2. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  3. Highly proficient in math
  4. Well organized with excellent time management skills
  5. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
  6. Experience with subsidized housing (HUD, Tax Credit, or RD) helpful
  7. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  8. Ability to manage emergency situations
  9. Proficient in meeting strict deadlines
  10. Professionalism
  11. Listening
Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  2. Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and move-outs
  3. Collecting rents and security deposits
  4. Enforcing lease and house rules
  5. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
  6. Maintaining excellent curb appeal
  7. Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
  8. Follow company policies and procedures
