Ambling Property Investments seeks a Property Manager for HUD/LIHTC properties, responsible for occupancy, lease enforcement, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operation at Avalon Apartments. You will manage rent collection, budgeting, and maintenance coordination, while upholding program compliance.

The role requires experience in HUD/LIHTC environments, relevant education or experience, and a valid driver's license. State licensing may be required.

Formación

• HUD and LIHTC property management experience required.
• Associates degree or related experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate literacy in the English language including reading.

Responsabilidades

• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.
• Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs and profit goals.
• Attracts residents by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals and showing units.
• Contracts with residents by negotiating leases and collecting deposits.
• Maintains property by resolving resident complaints; enforcing rules and planning renovations.
