Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Establishes rental rates by surveying local rates and calculating overhead costs.
• Attracts residents by advertising vacancies and showing units; negotiates leases and collects deposits.
• Maintains property by addressing resident complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, completing repairs and planning renovations.
• Maintains building systems and supervises maintenance; contracts with vendors for services.
• Secures property by coordinating security services and responding to emergencies as directed.
• Ensures compliance with HUD/LIHTC and company policies; maintains documentation and audits lease files.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
