Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget.
Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs and profit goals.
Creates marketing plan and attracts residents by advertising vacancies and referrals.
Contracts with residents by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.
Maintains property by addressing resident complaints and inspections; planning renovations; coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Maintains building systems by contracting maintenance services and supervising repairs.
Secures property by contracting security services and enforcing safety policies; responding to emergencies.
