Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a senior HubSpot Architect on a fixed-scope contract to lead the end-to-end implementation across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. The role requires hands-on architecture, configuration, automation, and a production-ready handoff.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and the client to design a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance aligned to GTM workflows, delivering dashboards and documentation for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Must have led end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware).
• Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Client-facing delivery or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops.
• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
• Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring.
• Implement and validate integrations with the client’s stack.
• Support data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Build dashboards and reporting for visibility.
• Document system architecture and implementation decisions.
• Deliver production-ready HubSpot environment with handoff.
