WorldWide Logistics in Urbandale, IA is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Administrator to own HubSpot management, data integrity, and automation workflows across Shipper, Carrier, and Operations teams.

You will partner with leadership to translate revenue priorities into scalable HubSpot solutions, build dashboards, and support Power BI reporting, while ensuring platform adoption and user training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
• Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and data management principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of HubSpot CRM, including users, permissions, properties, and workflows.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality standards through audits, deduplication, and process improvements.
• Configure and optimize HubSpot objects, forms, lists, sequences, and automation workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, nurturing, lifecycle management, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with shipper, carrier and operations teams to streamline business processes.
• Recommend and implement CRM enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and customer engagement.
• Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards across departments.
• Support integration with Power BI for executive and operational reporting.
• Participate in the seamless integration of HubSpot into the WorldWide custom technology stack and SaaS ecosystem.
• Partner with Cloud and Engineering teams to manage API-level integrations and data flows between HubSpot and the broader WWL technology stack.
• Provide ongoing support for HubSpot users.
• Develop and continuously update documentation, SOPs, and best practices for CRM usage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related questions and support requests.
