WorldWide Logistics in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to optimize HubSpot across the Shipper, Carrier, and Operations teams. You will maintain data integrity, build workflows, and deliver dashboards that drive reliable reporting.

You will collaborate with leadership to translate priorities into scalable HubSpot solutions, support analytics with Power BI, and champion CRM adoption while improving efficiency and customer experience company-wide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
• Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
• Knowledge of CRM data management best practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot administration: users, permissions, properties, and workflows.
• Build automated workflows for lead routing, nurturing, and lifecycle.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and pipeline metrics.
• Support integration with Power BI for executive reporting.
• Collaborate with shipper, carrier, and operations teams to optimize processes.
• Provide user support and documentation for CRM usage.
