Job summary

Shadeform is hiring an Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. You'll own the health of our CRM and data, support day-to-day operations, and help scale as we grow.

With hands-on HubSpot experience, you will ensure pipeline accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across a remote team in the US. This role emphasizes data integrity, governance, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
• Strong CRM hygiene and data accuracy skills.
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Nice to have SQL or data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration end-to-end: configurations, workflows, properties, user access, and integrations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity; monitor pipeline health and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Support sales operations including deal tracking, reporting, and process documentation.
• Contribute to general business operations with the Operations Manager, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards for leadership on pipeline, revenue, and performance.
