Job summary

Creo Collective Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to support growth remotely. Based in the Philippines, you will manage HubSpot, workflows, reporting, and operational processes that back marketing and sales performance.

This role is a remote contract designed to be an embedded part of the Creo team, ensuring campaigns, pipeline visibility, and reporting run smoothly for internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English — both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience managing HubSpot, including workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking fundamentals, including UTM parameters, attribution, and lifecycle stages.
• Comfortable working with marketing and productivity tools, and willing and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Exposure to B2B technology or SaaS industries.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot management and CRM operations: manage contacts, workflows, forms, imports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Automation and workflow management: build and QA workflows for nurturing and lifecycle progression.
• Campaign execution and email operations: build segmented lists and support campaign setup and tracking.
• Website, landing pages, and conversion tracking: update pages and verify tracking across platforms.
• Reporting, attribution, and analytics: build dashboards and monitor funnel movement.
• Outbound campaign management and support: support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and performance reporting.
