Job summary

Blue & Co., LLC is a leading CPA and advisory firm seeking a Client Data Manager to own strategy, optimization, and day-to-day execution of client data across HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Automation, and HubSync. You will drive reporting visibility, campaign execution, user adoption, CSAT programs, and platform enhancements to support marketing, business development, and client service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, workflows, campaigns, and automation directly within HubSpot.
• Experience managing ticketing systems and operational workflows.
• Proven experience training users and driving adoption of CRM or marketing automation software.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data management, and lifecycle strategy.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
• Experience conducting CSAT surveys to understand client service levels and the voice of the client.

Responsibilities

• Automation and Integrations: build and deploy campaigns, manage HubSync integration, ensure data integrity.
• Develop lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, pipelines, CSAT surveys, and reporting metrics.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
• CRM Strategy: administer HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub and implement data structure improvements.
• User Training: conduct in-person and virtual sessions, create guides, drive CRM adoption.
