Matrix Service Company is seeking a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to transform CRM, marketing, and business development data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and improve campaign performance.

The role serves as the CRM owner and administrator, overseeing enhancements, reporting, dashboards, workflows, data integrity, and user access. The position requires strong expertise with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI, and other marketing tech tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, BI, IS, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration, BI, data analysis, or related data-driven marketing role.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and dashboards, reporting, workflows, and data integrity.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, including reporting, workflows, properties, lists, lead scoring, and marketing automation data.
• Experience with Google Analytics, website analytics, SEO, paid media, and customer journey tracking preferred.
• Power BI and DAX experience; Tableau or Looker Studio preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Company's CRM system, driving reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data governance.
• Analyze data across marketing tech stack to drive revenue growth and optimize campaigns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI visuals for leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, IT, and operations to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Lead CRM optimization efforts, including governance, adoption, and user access control.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for executives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
