Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing or sales experience
• Experience using and/or administering a robust CRM
• Experience with AI integration and training AI agents to perform repetitive tasks
• Close working relationships across marketing and gallery sales teams
• Clear oral and written communication
• Passionate about the art world and driven to mine business intelligence about new collectors
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Creative problem-solving
• Consistency and reliability
• Professional work manner
• Detail-oriented with multi-task prioritization
• Project Management certification or equivalent
• BA in Digital Marketing, e‑Commerce, Data Management, Information Management

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the information management system for brand-building and segmentation
• Ensure CRM (HubSpot) data integrity across the business
• Develop new reporting tools and liaise with the vendor for customization
• Map the visitor journey and develop richer client profiles
• Segment contacts and track engagement, conversions, and retention
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns and events
• Provide actionable insights to Sales, VIP, and Sponsorship teams
• Audit CRM usage and ensure naming conventions and reporting consistency
