Job summary

InfallibleTechie is seeking a skilled CRM and web integration freelancer to configure HubSpot, map lead capture forms on our website, and integrate our e-signature contract workflow.

You will build a multi-stage B2B onboarding pipeline, ensure data flows into HubSpot, trigger asset delivery, and synchronize with our contract management software for automated document generation and deal tracking.

Experience with Proposify, PandaDoc, API webhooks, and website form mapping is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of HubSpot CRM customization and form integration.
• Experience integrating document automation and e-signature tools (Proposify, PandaDoc, or similar) with CRMs.
• Knowledge of web form mapping and API webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot properties and data fields tailored to our lead capture requirements.
• Set up a multi-stage onboarding Deal Pipeline (initial lead request through contract execution).
• Map website lead forms to HubSpot contact records and deal stages, and configure automated responses.
