The role is a 6+ month contract with potential extension, paying $60–$65 per hour (W2).

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on HubSpot administration and back-end configuration.
• Understanding of sales and marketing operations.
• Experience leading CRM implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, process improvement and project management skills.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, workflow automation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain CRM architecture, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve business processes and data quality.
• Lead HubSpot implementation projects, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Manage user access, permissions, training, and ongoing system support.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, customer lifecycle management, and overall CRM effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
