Job summary

Russell Tobin's client, a global leader in payment technology, is hiring a HubSpot CRM Administrator for a remote role with occasional travel to Jacksonville, FL. The contract position involves owning HubSpot, designing/optimizing CRM architecture, workflows, integrations, and reporting while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance processes and data quality.

The role is a 6+ month contract with potential extension, paying $60–$65 per hour (W2).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain CRM architecture, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve business processes and data quality.
• Lead HubSpot implementation projects, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Manage user access, permissions, training, and ongoing system support.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, customer lifecycle management, and overall CRM effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

We are seeking a HubSpot CRM Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and administration of the company's HubSpot environment. What You’ll Be Doing
