Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead Package Handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States. You will train workgroups, enforce safety, and drive productivity and accuracy while maintaining exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide innovative leadership and cultivate relations with all levels of personnel.
• Promote proactive communication and continual improvement across departments.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
